Santa Maria Olive Co.’s ARBEQUINA (2015) is a remarkably low 0.09 acidity level.   Though acidity level is not absolutely everything when deciding on an exceptional olive oil, the distinctive mild light buttery taste and nutty almond finish of our ARBEQUINA matches the low acidity with a decidedly exotic flavor.  The Arbequina is for those olive oil aficionados with a discerning palate and discriminating taste.

Santa Maria Olive Co.’s EARLY HARVEST TUSCAN BLEND (2015) is from estate grown olives from the Clayton Ranch including  Arbequina, Picudo, Koroneiki, Arbosana, Mission, and Manzanillo varietals.  Early Harvest Tuscan Blend is a full bodied, fresh, and crisp oil with a decidedly sharp finish.  A stimulative experience for the olive oil connoisseur.

It finishes with a light peppery flavor. LATE HARVEST SPECIAL BLEND (2015) from Santa Maria Olive Co. is a blend of our estate grown Arbequina, Picudo, Koroneiki, Arbosana, Mission, and Manzanillo varietals and is noteworthy for its tremendously low 0.06 acidity level.

The Late Harvest Special Blend is a mild and fruity oil with a notable hint of bitterness. You will undoubtedly become acutely aware of how extraordinary this Late Harvest Special Blend is when you experience the light peppery finishing taste.
